What the site collects

The site measures its audience with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies. The tool records the page viewed, the referring page, the country, the device type, the browser and the operating system. To count visits, Vercel derives a temporary identifier from the request; it is reset every day and cannot follow a person from one day to the next or across sites. Only aggregated statistics are viewed.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring site traffic. No advertising pixels and no non-essential cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

Contact form

When you send the form, your name, your email, your company name if you give it and your message are sent by email to contact@zyrk.fr, through the Resend email service. This data is used to answer your request and to follow up on it commercially. It is kept for three years from your last contact, then deleted. If a contract is signed, related documents are kept for the period required by accounting obligations.

Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) for the reply, Zyrk’s legitimate interest for the follow-up. Recipient: Zyrk only; Resend acts as the email delivery provider.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Like all hosting providers, Vercel processes technical request logs (IP address, requested page, browser) to serve and protect the site, including a rate limit on the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

YouTube videos

Long-form videos are shown as a thumbnail hosted on this site. No request goes to YouTube until you click “Play on YouTube”. On click, Google’s youtube-nocookie.com player loads and applies its own privacy rules.

Hosted videos

Construction site clips are served from this site, with no third-party service.

Fonts and images

Fonts and images are served from this site, with no calls to Google Fonts or a third-party CDN.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel (hosting, analytics) and Resend (form delivery) are US companies. The data they process may be transferred to the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards these providers offer: certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

For each of these processing activities, you can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction. For contact form data, you can also ask for its portability. For commercial follow-up, analytics and hosting logs, which rely on legitimate interest, you can object to the processing. Write to contact@zyrk.fr; you will get a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
